本作《怒涛男浪土偶》は、葛飾北斎の波の形象へのオマージュであり、同時に個展タイトル《Wave Transitions（変容する波）》の核心を体現する陶作品である。

この人型の土偶は、時計回りの渦＝外部のエネルギーを内側へと取り込む力を象徴する円盤型の頭部を持ち、そこから首、胴体、四肢へと波のかたちが広がっている。全身が波のエネルギーによって構成されているこの造形は、人間という存在が単なる個体ではなく、波として、宇宙と共鳴する存在であることを示唆している。

このエネルギーの流れは、チャクラ的な身体観とも通じており、宇宙の叡智を内に取り込み、自身が宇宙の一部であるという感覚──**「私もまた宇宙である」**という普遍的な意識を内包する祈りの造形でもある。

さらに、作品全体に配された白い粒点は、波しぶきの粒子表現であると同時に、量子物理学における粒子と波動の二重性を象徴している。
化粧泥の白（マット）と上絵の具の白（光沢）を重ねることで、粒子の奥行きと視覚的なレイヤー性を表現。制作中、これらの点を延々と打ち続ける行為は、やがて瞑想的な「無」の時間へと変容し、作品自体が身体と宇宙をつなぐ儀式のような存在となっていった。

This humanoid dogū is fully enveloped in sculpted wave forms — from its spiral-shaped head to the limbs and torso. The head features a clockwise spiral, symbolizing energy gathering inward from the environment into the body, akin to the flow of a chakra or cosmic absorption.

The artist was inspired by the notion that humans are made of water, and thus, are part of the same cyclical flows that govern rivers, waves, and weather. Seasonal moods, bodily movement, and quantum behavior all express forms of wave motion.

White dots — made using both matte clay slip and glossy overglaze — represent splashing wave particles and subatomic wave-particle duality. Initially placed to depict spray, the act of painting these dots became meditative, and the artist continued beyond necessity — a moment of stillness and resonance with the cosmos.

这件人形土偶从头部到四肢与躯干，完全被雕塑化的波浪形态所包裹。其头部呈顺时针螺旋状，象征着能量从外界向身体内部汇聚，如同脉轮的流动或宇宙能量的吸收。
艺术家的灵感源自一个理念：人类由水组成，因此与支配河流、海浪、气候的循环流动是一体的。无论是季节的情绪、身体的运动，还是量子层面的行为，本质上都体现出波动的形态。
作品上以白色点状纹样装饰——使用了哑光泥浆与光泽釉的双重技法——象征飞溅的浪花粒子与亚原子层面的波粒二象性。最初这些点是为表现水花而绘制，但在创作过程中，这一重复的描绘逐渐转化为冥想的行为。艺术家在超出必要的范围后仍持续点绘，在那一刻，与宇宙产生了共鸣与静谧的连接。
