北斎オマージュ ー怒涛円盤土器 ー


本作《怒涛円盤土器》は、葛飾北斎の名作《怒涛図》に描かれた渦巻く円形の波から着想を得て制作された陶作品である。
波のうねり、飛沫の粒子、渦の構造──これらを「形」と「質感」の両面から陶土に落とし込み、波が持つ物理的・力学的な特性を抽象化した。

円盤状のフォルムは、「皿」であると同時に「記録媒体」や「宇宙的象徴」としての円を体現し、波＝エネルギーの運動を時間軸に沿った造形言語として提示する。制作過程においては、自然界の普遍的法則として、
左回り（反時計回り）＝緩み、発散
右回り（時計回り）＝締まり、凝集
という二項の動的バランスが導入され、形状の中に**世界の力学的な「祈りの方向性」**が染み込むよう意図された。
この作品は、**北斎の波に込められた「形の精神性」**を陶によって抽出する初期試作であり、以後の制作において、自身の祈りや願いのかたちが徐々に明確になっていく起点となった。

This work, Dotō Enban Doki, draws inspiration from Hokusai’s Dotōzu ("Raging Waves"), focusing on the circular motion and particle-like spray of ocean waves. Formed as a flat, disc-shaped ceramic vessel, the piece embodies a rightward (clockwise) spiral — symbolizing the act of gathering and concentrating external energy into a single point at the center.

By visualizing wave motion through form, the artist meditates on physical phenomena that operate universally — clockwise spiral as a force of cohesion and tightening. The artist reflects on this piece as a turning point, where Hokusai’s iconic shapes became a guide toward discovering their own direction, intention, and unspoken prayers within form.

This disc vessel is not merely a homage to Hokusai’s wave imagery, but the genesis of a deeper exploration into how shape, force, and intention intersect in ceramic expression.

这件作品 《怒涛圆盘土器》（Dotō Enban Doki） 的灵感源自葛饰北斋的《怒涛图》，聚焦于海浪的圆周运动以及粒子般的浪花飞溅。作品以扁平圆盘状的陶器呈现，体现了一个向右（顺时针）的螺旋——象征着将外部能量汇聚并集中于中心的一点。
